Beautiful Dubai

Image
I have been an expat for 3 years now in Dubai. And as an Expat, working here trains you to be physically, mentally, spiritually, financially ready and steady to live outside of your comfort zone. As I have come to bid goodbye to Dubai, I will share with you my experience and insights of it.                                      They say when birds fly low, the country is peaceful to live in. Dubai is a beautiful destination to visit. Every year, millions of people visit and explore Dubai's finest culture, amazed by the wonderful structures and how fast paced technology is introduced. Living It Up

I was born a traveller.  And I reached for the stars. I came to not knowing.  Of how I have wandered so far.  In the stormy desert. I came to know.  The beauty of life.  That's quite humbling and calm.  As years have passed. I have been missing home. The life that I wished. Of not leaving alone. Lived all my days wondering Of what could have been Counting time was a waste  A life that is precious we should taste. For whatever reason. I want to come home. Redirected. Unplanned. This destination I know. I came to accept and go with the flow.  A fruitful life I heed and face the unknown. -ginger-

Onboard Oceania Riviera Cruise🛳

Image
It was an honor for me to be invited by one of our crew members doing well onboard  Oceania Riviera  Cruise. I was invited with my colleagues for free and we were privileged to experience life onboard.  We were advised to bring our passports as we went to Ras Al Khor Dubai, where ships dock for few days. Upon our arrival, we headed straight the designated cruise terminal to attend a safe briefing to ensure our safety and security. We left our passports in exchange of providing us our ID's as an essential part of visiting. As visitors, it is our responsibility to wear suitable clothing and footwear. Stay out of prohibited areas, understand the emergency signals and to be careful of the hazzards onboard.                                                                     ...

Brooks Point Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan Philippines - I was very lucky to be part of this adventure mission trip that was held at Puerto Prinsesa Palawan. The Volunteers in Mission (VIM) came from different churches, The Industry United Methodist Church and The Columbus United Methodist Church were united by God's calling with some of the volunteers of the United Methodist Church. Puerto Prinsesa is located at the western provincial island of Palawan. A lot of wanderlust have been visiting this place for its beach resorts and seafood restaurants. It is also known as the cleanest and greenest city of the Philippines. Upon arrival at Puerto Prinsesa airport, we directly stayed at one of the hotels in Palawan, Fleuris Hotel. It is located at the heart of Puerto Prinsesa. We stayed at the hotel just ...
